Payment made with the wrong network or wrong token
Payment amount does not match the order amount
Incorrect Telegram username or email provided
Order has already been completed

Special Cases That May Be Handled

Payment completed but no valid order generated by the system
Platform system error caused the order to be unprocessable
Duplicate payment for the same order

Refund Fees

Where a refund is approved, blockchain network fees and platform operating costs may be deducted.
